Sergio Sánchez-Pagán is a litigator and trial advocate with fourteen years of experience in civil and commercial law. He has participated in high profile cases in state and federal courts, defending clients in class actions, multimillion-dollar construction lawsuits, and prosecuting small business foreclosures. In addition to trial advocacy, he has also worked in appellate practice.
Before joining Sánchez-Betances, Sifre & Muñoz-Noya, Mr. Sánchez-Pagán worked as a solo practitioner for ten years, designing and developing thorough and cost-effective litigation strategies for clients. He has experience solving commercial disputes, contract negotiations, and settlement transactions, as well as offering business advice and counsel. In addition to litigation, Mr. Sánchez-Pagán is a Notary with experience in real estate transactions, including transfers of titles and mortgages.
